Shandong Tiandun Holds A Symposium To Celebrate Women's Day

In order to celebrate the arrival of the 108th International Women's Day, and to better care for the female employees of Shandong Tiandun, on the afternoon of March 8th, Shandong Tiandun held a symposium to celebrate the International Women’s Day. All female employees of the group company gathered together. Celebrate the holidays.  Shandong Tiandun Women's Federation Director Yan Ting,Deputy Director Yang Qingqing and other leaders attended the forum.
Director Yan first extended greetings to all female employees and expressed sincere gratitude to the female employees who have made positive contributions to the development of the group.  She said that over the years, the leaders of Shandong Tiandun have attached great importance to the women’s business and women’s work, taking the protection of women’s rights and interests as an important part of the Group's development,under the wise leadership of the Group’s leaders,Shandong Tiandun has established a Women’s Federation organization. The Shandong Tiandun Women’s Association follows the Party’s spirit of instruction on women’s work, in the City Women’s Federation  and Women's Federation of the District. Under the guidance and care, we will give full play to the role of bridges and ties between the party organizations of the enterprises and women workers, and guide the broad masses of women to carry forward the spirit of “self-esteem, self-confidence, self-reliance and leadership, and take the lead in the first”, combining service women with service companies to stimulate and arouse the working enthusiasm of women. In the lead, the Group  emerged a large number of outstanding female employees, who are based on their own jobs, to make progress in a high-spirited attitude, to not let the self-confident spirit of men and women in the development of the Group has actively played a "half-sky" The role of them in their ordinary post made extraordinary performance, made outstanding contributions to social progress and Group development!
At the conference, everyone spoke freely and talked about their feelings and experiences from various aspects such as family and work. Through exchanges, everyone relaxed their body and mind during their stressful work, deepened their feelings and increased their enthusiasm for work.
